Team Bio:

Three Waikato girls giving the comp scene a red hot crack as the first all female BBQ comp team in the NZBA Competition circuit. Debuting in 2022, taking out Best New Team in the first two events of the season, taking a walk in our second comp & making several Top 10 appearances across the proteins within the first three fixtures.

What started out as a social media callout for any girls keen to form a team, quickly became a tight-knit foursome of massive potential. With a diverse range of skills & experience, each member chose a protein to master. Bex is our chicken guru, Char takes ribs & shares lamb with Heather, whom also smashes out brisket, and Kirsty’s nailing pork.

We’re all about giving it a go & smashing goals while having fun & making new friends along the way. We’d love to see more girls getting into the comp scene & giving the boys a run for their money, so if you’re up for the challenge, hit us up!
