John and Jeff formed Sticky Fingers BBQ in 2020 after attending Meatstock and finding out about the competition BBQ scene. Soon after Dylan jumped onboard, and it was off to out first ever comp at King of the Mountain IN New Plymouth.
That first competition fuelled our passion and since then we’ve had several top ten calls and a number of walks across different competitions.
We love competition BBQ and the fun, friendly atmosphere at them and our motto as a team is to always have fun first, if you’re not having fun at comps then why are you there!
